Certain products are prepared, roasted, packaged, or fulfilled by independent suppliers and fulfillment partners.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or material pricing errors.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details, including product selections, quantities, shipping addresses, and payment information, before completing checkout.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Franklin Brown Coffee offers free standard shipping on coffee and tea orders delivered within the United States.
Shipping charges may apply to merchandise, apparel, drinkware, and accessories. Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Coffee and tea orders generally require approximately 1–5 business days for processing before shipment, although processing times may vary.
Because products may be fulfilled by different partners, items within the same order may arrive separately.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, fulfillment issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or encounters a delivery issue, please contact us so we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Franklin Brown Coffee maintains a 30-day return policy for eligible products, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Due to the consumable nature of coffee and tea, these products generally cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise presents a fulfillment issue, customers should contact us for assistance.
Eligibility for returns, refunds, and exchanges depends on the product, its condition, and the circumstances of the request.

7. Subscribe & Save
Franklin Brown Coffee LLC offers recurring subscription purchases on eligible products through our Subscribe & Save program.
Customers may select available delivery frequencies, including weekly, every two weeks, or monthly shipments.
Subscription Benefits
Eligible subscriptions include the following benefits:

10% off regular qualifying subscription orders.

15% off every fifth qualifying subscription order, including the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and subsequent fifth orders.

The 15% loyalty reward replaces the regular 10% subscription discount on qualifying milestone orders. These discounts do not stack.

The ability to change eligible products, adjust quantities, or modify delivery frequency.

The ability to skip upcoming shipments or pause subscriptions, subject to applicable processing deadlines.

Free standard U.S. shipping on qualifying coffee and tea subscription orders.
Recurring Payments
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Franklin Brown Coffee LLC and its authorized payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically according to the subscription frequency, pricing, and terms disclosed at checkout.
Subscription charges continue until the subscription is canceled, paused where supported, or otherwise terminated.
The applicable price, billing frequency, shipping charges, and other material subscription terms will be disclosed before enrollment.
Managing Subscriptions
Customers can manage eligible subscription settings through their customer account or contact us for assistance.
Available options may include changing products, adjusting quantities, updating payment or shipping information, skipping deliveries, pausing subscriptions, and canceling future orders.
Changes must be submitted before the affected order enters processing to prevent that order from being charged or fulfilled.
Subscription Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscriptions after their first subscription order, without cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already entered processing or fulfillment.
Customers should cancel before their next scheduled order begins processing.
Any additional cancellation rights required by applicable law will be honored.
Subscription Discounts and Promotions
The standard Subscribe & Save program provides 10% off regular qualifying subscription orders and 15% off every fifth qualifying subscription order.
The 15% milestone reward replaces the regular 10% discount rather than combining with it.
Other promotional offers, including welcome discounts, may be subject to additional eligibility requirements and combination restrictions.
Subscription Changes
Franklin Brown Coffee LLC may modify subscription offerings or benefits prospectively, subject to applicable law, existing customer agreements, and any required notice or consent.
Material changes to recurring charges or subscription terms will be communicated as required by law.
Our separate Subscription & Cancellation Policy provides additional program details. If a specific subscription offer contains different disclosed terms, those terms govern that offer to the extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The Franklin Brown Coffee name, original logos, branding, website design, original written content, and other materials owned by Franklin Brown Coffee LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Certain photographs, product descriptions, graphics, trademarks, and other materials may belong to suppliers, licensors, or other third parties.
You may use our website for lawful personal and noncommercial purposes.
